High speed worry - I had a dizzy spell this evening. No ordinary "stood up a little too quick" touch of dizziness. No. A dizziness bomb exploded behind my eyes setting of nausea and putting lights in my vision. I thought I was going pass out. My hands were suddenly 3 miles from my central nervous system and my feet, well luckily my feet were fending for themselves because I don't think any messages I sent them were going to get there in a hurry. To cap it off...... I was doing 70 mph in the fast lane of a rush hour motorway at the time.
Luckily, it subsided in a matter seconds but it felt like much longer. By the time I'd worked out how I was going to pull over, I no longer needed to. It wasn't repeated during the journey.
Throughout the evening I've been getting dizziness aftershocks. An early night for me tonight I think.
