Mark stood on the magnetic deck - his pockets full of haiku. (What?) I don't have an artistic bone in my body. I couldn't write poetry, haiku or a rhyming couplet if my life depended upon it (although I managed a few dirty limericks as a kid, a completely different skill altogether). The beauty of Mark Pilgrim's Online Magnetic Poetry is not lost on me though.
The tool will take random words from any website (you need to hack the URL; not a difficult task) and turn them into the kind of magnetic poetry sets seen on Nouveau Riche fridges across the western world. You can drag and drop them to create poetry or nonsense. Have a go using words from this site and let me know what you come up with.
