It smells of music - One of the first posts I made on this weblog, on the day I started it, linked a website detailing somebody's personal experiences with synaesthesia. I was, and still am, fascinated by how a person's senses can be "crossed-wired" so that you can see sounds and smell colours. I would almost go so far as to say I'm a touch jealous; some of the effects must be amazing.
Seeing numbers as colours

Kuro5hin.org has an excellent article about the effects, causes and history of synaesthesia. The above picture (stolen from Kuro5hin - sorry) shows one of the more common effects, but like colour-blindness its precise effects differ from person to person.
